Your growth team,
running 24/7.
You just approve the calls.

GoAgentFleet runs the unglamorous half of B2B SaaS growth — answering support, finding buying signals, writing outreach, launching and pruning ads, keeping the CRM honest. It runs around the clock and stops at every decision a human should own.

The actual problem

Growth work is mostly waiting, watching and rewriting.

Nobody’s day job should be re-reading Reddit for buying signals, checking whether an ad set has quietly fatigued, or answering the same pricing question for the fortieth time. That work is constant, low-judgement and expensive to staff — which is exactly what a fleet of narrow agents is good at.

ad tests are called too late to matter
An open-plan office late at night, one desk lit by a lamp with code on two screens and every other chair empty

Support that never sleeps

A chat widget and a smart contact form on your site. The support agent answers from your knowledge base with citations, scores and routes every lead, and escalates the moment its confidence drops.

Pipeline that fills itself

Three agents mirror a real SDR desk: the Signal watcher sweeps Reddit, HN, G2, job boards and funding news. The Company Researcher enriches and scores against your ICP. The Outreach Writer writes off the actual signal — never a template.

Ads managed hour by hour

The Content Writer drafts your organic posts, Ad Creative generates and tests creative batches across Meta, Google and LinkedIn, and the Ad Optimiser pauses losers and scales winners inside the caps you set.

How it works

Three moves to a fleet that runs itself.

01

Point it at what you know

Crawl your docs, drop in PDFs, connect Notion or Drive. Everything is embedded and searchable within minutes, and stale sources get flagged instead of quietly rotting.

02

Set the lines it cannot cross

Which topics the agent answers alone, the confidence floor, the daily ad cap, the ICP score that qualifies a prospect, who signs the emails. Written in plain rules you can read back.

03

Approve what the fleet brings you

One queue whenever you check in: decisions that need a human, drafts to sign off, ads to greenlight. Everything else already happened, with a reason logged against it.

Always on

One queue in. One queue out. Nothing loose in between.

Every signal, message and metric enters through the orchestrator, moves down a lane built for exactly that job, and comes back to a single review step before anything reaches a customer. Outcomes then feed the next cycle.

The fleet

Twelve narrow agents beat one that does everything.

Each agent holds one job and one context. That is why the outreach doesn’t read like a template and the ad copy doesn’t read like a press release — no agent is juggling a Reddit thread, an enrichment payload and a draft email in the same breath. Twelve ship with the platform; you are not capped at twelve.

Write your own

Give an agent a prompt, a schedule and the tools it may call. It inherits the same memory, knowledge base and review queue as the twelve that ship with the platform.

Or install one from the marketplace

Community and partner agents for the jobs specific to your stack — invoice chasing, review harvesting, PR review for your engineers. Install, set its guardrails, and it joins the fleet.

The platform

A CRM, a support desk and an ad account that finally talk to each other.

An ad click becomes a contact, the contact becomes a conversation, the conversation becomes a deal — and the ad agent sees the revenue that closed the loop. That attribution is what makes autonomous spend decisions safe.

CRM built for agents, not for data entry

  • Contacts, companies and deals on a drag-and-drop pipeline
  • Segments that resync themselves and feed sequences or ad audiences
  • Every agent action logged on the record with its reasoning
  • Six roles from owner down to a dev who can never see revenue

Control you can hand to a board

  • Nothing sends, posts or launches without an approval
  • Row-level tenant isolation enforced in Postgres
  • Full audit trail: what changed, why, and which agent did it
  • Bring your own AI keys — we never resell tokens
  • Data residency in the EU, UK or US, your choice
“We onboard merchants across a dozen markets, so the integration questions never arrive during our working day. The fleet answers them from our own docs at any hour and only escalates the ones that genuinely need a human. Our pipeline stopped being a function of what time zone we were in.”

Pricing

Priced by seats and agent flows. Every tier gets every agent.

A flow is a swarm of agents wired together and left to run on its own — listening to a source, answering inbound, testing creative. All 12 agents are on from the first day on every plan; the tier decides how many flows may run at once.

  • Branding applied to dashboard, login, emails, PDFs and reports
  • Three agency roles on top of the six workspace roles

Questions

The things people ask before they trust it.

Do the agents send anything without me?

No. Every outbound email, every social post and every ad batch lands in a review queue with requires_approval set. The only autonomous actions are the ones you explicitly allow inside guardrails — pausing an ad above your CPA ceiling, scaling a winner within your cap — and each one is written to the audit trail with the reason.

What does BYO-AI mean for my bill?

You connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. We never resell tokens, so the model spend is at cost on your provider invoice and our price is flat per workspace. Most teams land between $100 and $500 a month in model spend depending on chat volume.

Can it replace my CRM?

For most B2B SaaS teams, yes — contacts, companies, deals, a drag-and-drop pipeline, segments that resync themselves, and every agent interaction logged on the record. If you keep an existing CRM, the agents can write to it instead.

How long does setup take?

Point the knowledge base at your docs, paste one script tag on your site, and the support agent answers within the hour. The outbound and ad agents need an ICP and a spend cap before they do anything — about twenty minutes of setup.

Is our data isolated from other customers?

Every record carries a tenant id and row-level security is enforced in the database, not just the app. Agency-owned workspaces get a second scoping condition so one agency can never resolve another agency's data.

Who owns what the agents produce?

You do. Drafts, creative, research documents and the CRM behind them are yours, exportable as CSV or JSON at any time. Close the account and we delete the workspace and everything in it within 30 days.
